Kadokawa has officially confirmed that Toshimichi Uzō's light novel series My Sweet Marriage to My Ex-Nemesis (Soshiki no Shukuteki to Kekkon Shitara Mecha Amai) is heading to television screens. Alongside the adaptation greenlight, the production committee dropped an initial teaser trailer, staff credentials, and celebratory artwork to mark the announcement.
The series is slated for production at studio Ankichi Kobo, with Atsushi Nigorikawa taking the director's chair. The creative lineup also ropes in Keiichirō Ōchi to oversee series composition and scriptwriting, while Yūki Nakano handles character design duties. To celebrate the milestone, light novel illustrator Kewi Hayashi shared a special commemorative illustration alongside early character line art previews.
