The upcoming television adaptation of Oreko Tachibana’s acclaimed manga Firefly Wedding (Hotaru no Yomeiri) has officially locked in its broadcast schedule. The staff confirmed that the series will premiere on October 9, airing across Fuji TV’s prestigious Noitamina programming block during the late-night Friday slot. International viewers will be able to follow the dramatic narrative as Crunchyroll streams the series concurrently with its Japanese television broadcast.
Alongside the premiere date confirmation, the production committee dropped a striking new promotional video that offers a first listen to the series' opening theme song, Period, performed by artist iri in her first-ever contribution to an anime soundtrack. Additionally, TOOBOE has been announced to perform the ending theme song, Yumegokochi.
