Set within a quiet, unassuming antiquarian bookstore tucked away in a corner of Kamakura, the narrative follows protagonist Shioriko Shinokawa, a brilliant bookstore proprietor with an exceptional knack for reading the hidden histories and human secrets bound within old volumes.
