The official production channels for the anime adaptation of Rui Tsukiyo's light novel series The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat have delivered a major update. The project's official portal released the first official promotional video alongside a striking key visual, confirming that the highly anticipated second season is scheduled to premiere in January 2027.
Expanding the Roster
Along with the release window confirmation, producers revealed key additions to the voice cast. Acclaimed voice actress Sumire Uesaka will step into the role of Epona Rhiannon, while Yuusuke Tonozaki joins the ensemble as Naoise Gephis. These characters are poised to shake up the narrative dynamics as Lugh Tuatha Dé continues his lethal operations in the shadows of nobility.
Masafumi Tamura returns to direct the series at animation studio Silver Link., working alongside a reorganized staff list featuring series composition veteran Katsuhiko Takayama and character designer Eri Osada. The upcoming broadcast aims to build upon the momentum established by the twelve-episode first season that originally aired in Fall 2021.
