The upcoming television anime adaptation of Manabu Yashiro's action manga Tank Chair has locked in its broadcast debut for October 4 on Tokyo MX, BS11, CBC, and MBS. Production studio Polygon Pictures paired the scheduling update with a full suite of reveals, including the project's first promotional trailer, major voice cast additions, and theme song artists.
Co-directed by Tadahiro Yoshihira (Kuutei Dragons) and Hiroaki Andou (Ajin), who are also overseeing scripts, the adaptation features character designs by Yuuki Moriyama (Sidonia no Kishi) and a score composed by Masaru Yokoyama (Mashle). J-Rock band SiM performs the opening theme song "DALALA," which is previewed in the initial trailer, while singer Daoko provides the ending theme "SYNC."
Vocal Cast Additions
The production unveiled several veteran and rising performers joining the series lineup:

- Gen Satou as Uzu
- Nobuyuki Hiyama as Gorou Arashiyama
- Houchuu Ootsuka as Ryou Takanashi
- Tetsu Inada as Yoshitsune
Manabu Yashiro launched the supernatural action manga on Kodansha's Magazine Pocket digital service in November 2022 before moving serialization to Monthly Shounen Sirius in late 2024. Kodansha published the manga's tenth collected volume in March.
