TANK CHAIR anime revealed its key visual and main trailer, along with an October 4, 2026 premiere date. The anime also introduced additional cast members and confirmed SiM and Daoko as the theme song artists.
Two new cast members were announced: Yurina Amami as Dr. Radio and Gen Sato as Uzu. The voice actor for Sensei will be announced at a later date. The new trailer features the opening theme song “DALALA” by SiM. Studio Polygon Pictures (Knights of Sidonia) is in charge of the animation, directed by Tadahiro “Tady” Yoshihira and Hiroaki Ando, with character designs by Yuki Moriyama and music by Masaru Yokoyama.
The full voice cast includes Koki Uchiyama as Nagi Taira, Minori Fujidera as Shizuka Taira, Gakuto Kajiwara as Naozumi Kurosaka, Saori Hayami as Toko Kurosaka, Nobuyuki Hiyama as Goro Arashiyama, Hocho Otsuka as Ryo Takanashi, Tetsu Inada as Yoshitsune, Yurina Amami as Dr. Radio, and Gen Sato as Uzu.
Tank Chair is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Manabu Yashiro, serialized on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket. Kodansha USA publishes it in English, following the story of genetic doping, a comatose assassin brother named Nagi, and his sister Shizuka as they battle through the universe's most dangerous town to wake him up with murderous intent.
