Jyoshikohei Omnibuses
Heading the new slate is Jyoshikohei by Jiro Matsumoto, scheduled for release in 2027 across three comprehensive omnibus editions. The narrative unfolds on a surreal dimensional battlefield dominated by giant high school girl mechs whose psychological toll pushes their middle-aged human pilots to the brink of insanity.
Giant high school girl mechs rule the dimensional battlefield, but they drive their middle-aged male pilots insane. Takigawa’s job? Brutally hunt down the ones that go rogue.
Alien 9 and Phantom Core
Following suit is Alien 9 -The Complete- by Hitoshi Tomizawa, also slated for 2027. Fans of the franchise may recognize the property from its four-episode original video animation series produced by J.C.Staff between 2001 and 2002. The manga delivers a grimcute sci-fi aesthetic focusing on sixth-grade student defenders tasked with warding off constant school invasions.
Rounding out the trio is Phantom Core by Yasushi Nirasawa, arriving in Spring 2027. Serving as a companion piece to the forthcoming CREATURE CORE, the story tracks freelance suppressor Phancure and Nina Dolono as they hunt down bizarre entities known as Weptures. Peow2 continues building its library following previous acquisitions such as Hisashi Eguchi's Stop!! Hibari-kun!.
