The live-action adaptation of One Piece continues to build momentum for its upcoming narrative arcs. During the ONE PIECE DAY ’26 event, producers revealed four fresh additions to the ensemble cast for Season 3, which will adapt the sprawling Alabasta saga following the conclusion of filming earlier this year.
Alabasta Arc Expansion
The newly announced actors step into pivotal roles within the desert kingdom's political upheaval. Emilio Sakraya takes on the role of rebel leader Koza, while Nabeel Khan assumes the part of Chaka, the royal guardian. Rounding out the new character reveals are Omid Abtah as the steadfast rebel elder Toto and Jamie Ward as the swift aerial warrior Pell.
These additions join a massive ensemble preparing to bring Eiichiro Oda's beloved manga milestones to life on screen. With production already wrapped up, anticipation is building for how the live-action format will handle the grand scale of the Baroque Works conflict and the drought-stricken kingdom of Alabasta.
Broader Horizons
Alongside the live-action series updates, the wider franchise maintains an aggressive release schedule across multiple mediums. WIT Studio's upcoming anime remake is scheduled to premiere in February 2027, offering a fresh entry point for viewers, while gaming and special animated projects continue to expand the scope of Oda's monumental world.
