Toho has officially announced the upcoming release of a commemorative 10th-anniversary version of Yuki Hayashi’s legendary theme track “You Say Run”, a cornerstone of the My Hero Academia anime soundtrack. Accompanying this musical celebration, animation studio Bones Film has unveiled a striking new promotional illustration featuring Izuku Midoriya, styled as a direct homage to the original first-season soundtrack album cover.
This special iteration of the iconic track features a heavy collaboration with the German electronicore rock band Electric Callboy. The explosive rendition was first performed live during the My Hero Academia IN CONCERT stage performance in London on September 20, 2026, and is scheduled for a global rollout across major digital music streaming platforms starting September 22, 2026.
The release anchors an extensive rollout of commemorative projects marking a decade of the television anime adaptation. Earlier celebrations included the special epilogue episode “More” and the ongoing international concert series. Composer Yuki Hayashi has served as the musical architect behind every season of the main television series, its theatrical film tetralogy, and the spin-off My Hero Academia: Vigilantes.
