The decade-long celebration for My Hero Academia is gearing up for its next major phase. A brand-new anime project tied to the franchise's 10th anniversary is scheduled for an official unveiling on September 20, 2026, during a dedicated live broadcast titled All Might Nippon YouTube Special Edition: 10th Anniversary Midterm Report on the official TOHO animation channel.
The event will be hosted by core cast members Daiki Yamashita (Izuku Midoriya) and Nobuhiko Okamoto (Katsuki Bakugo). The broadcast serves as a special visual revival of the official web radio show All Might Nippon, which ran alongside all eight broadcast seasons of the television adaptation produced by studio BONES. Alongside the new project reveal, the two voice actors will perform memorable scenes selected by fan voting across the anime's 170-episode run.
Decade of Heroes
Original creator Kohei Horikoshi serialized the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump between July 2014 and August 2024. Following the anime adaptation's initial debut in April 2016, the television run concluded in December 2025. The ongoing 10th-anniversary initiative currently includes 15 distinct rollout campaigns, with the upcoming September livestream set to add further developments to the franchise's evolving post-finale roadmap.
