The release arrives just ahead of the second volume's scheduled launch on November 20, building anticipation for the growing franchise following the first volume's debut in November 2023.
Authored by Shoji Gatoh—renowned for creating the legendary Full Metal Panic series—Moon Fighters transports readers to a near-future setting where lunar travel has become commonplace for tourism and industrial resource mining. The narrative centers on a specialized team of rescue operatives nicknamed Gekkyu, who handle crises and hazardous emergencies across the lunar surface.
