Following a remarkable decade-long run in Shueisha’s Ribon magazine, Mayu Murata’s enduring shojo masterpiece Honey Lemon Soda is receiving a grand victory lap. The Honey Lemon Soda Complete Exhibition officially opened its doors today, September 11, 2026, at the Seibu Shibuya Department Store Event Space, inviting readers back into the sun-drenched halls of Haimitsu High School.
Stepping Into Uka and Kai's World
Spanning multiple thoughtfully curated zones, the exhibition takes visitors on a chronological journey through Uka Ishimori’s emotional transformation and her blossoming romance with Kai Miura. From the entrance gate styled after a comic book spread to dedicated spaces capturing Uka's quiet resilience, classroom memories, and pivotal romantic turning points, the layout allows fans to physically retrace the milestones that defined Murata’s 10-year serialization.
Original manuscript pages, striking color illustrations, and interactive participant boards line the venue, giving attendees space to leave their own reflections alongside iconic character dialogues. A special merchandise area also features brand-new illustrations and framed reproductions tailored specifically for the commemorative event.

The exhibition runs from September 11 through September 30, 2026, at the Seibu Shibuya B-Building 4th Floor Event Space.
