VTuber Houshou Marine, one of the prominent virtual idols belonging to the agency Hololive Production, will suspend her scheduled live performance at the upcoming hololive RECORDS MUSIC STAGE 2027 event on January 10, 2027.
Official channels from Hololive Production released a formal announcement detailing that the decision stems from the necessity to prioritize treatment for vocal cord nodules. Management and the performer held extensive discussions regarding her current vocal health before arriving at the conclusion that delivering an optimal stage performance would prove unfeasible at this time. In light of this adjustment, fellow Hololive generation 4 member Tsunami Watame will take her place for the second day of the concert.
Addressing her community directly, Marine shared a handwritten message expressing deep regret over missing the performance and her profound desire to connect with supporters in person. She assured followers that her current priority is securing a full recovery so she can return to the stage in peak condition.
