The production team behind the upcoming original animated feature Ghost: Yoru no Hate has revealed three major voice cast additions alongside release timing. Produced at studio Madhouse, the theatrical film is scheduled to premiere across Japanese cinemas on February 11, 2027, following initial festival screenings at the Sitges Film Festival and the Animation Is Film Festival.
Cast Additions
The newly unveiled roster introduces several veteran voice talents to the film's ensemble:
- Kenjirou Tsuda (Kento Nanami in Jujutsu Kaisen) as Moby Dick
- Hiroshi Kamiya (Levi Ackerman in Shingeki no Kyojin) as Ito
- Hiroki Yasumoto (Yasutora Sado in Bleach, Ghost in the Shell) as Karate
Creative Leadership
Acclaimed director Shingo Natsume, renowned for his directorial command on One-Punch Man and Sonny Boy, is both directing the feature and writing the original screenplay at Madhouse. Character designer Norifumi Kugai reunites with Natsume to translate original character drafts from celebrated manga artist Natsume Ono (ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka) for animation, while contemporary artist Oozora Kimishima provides the musical score.
