The highly anticipated return of the supernatural Chinese animation phenomenon is almost upon us. Fairies' Album Season 3 Kyoshi Arc (known originally as Bai Yao Pu) has officially confirmed its broadcast schedule, setting its premiere for October 7, 2026. Ahead of the debut, the production team has released the official synopsis and a batch of atmospheric preview stills for the opening episode, titled "Nian Hua (Part 1)."
Based on the celebrated fantasy novels by Sha Luo Shuang Shu, the series has accumulated over 660 million total views on the major Chinese streaming platform bilibili. The narrative follows Tao Yao, a spirited spirit healer traveling through ancient China alongside her eclectic companions—including the young monk Moya and the enigmatic snake spirit Liu Gongzi—as they mend the emotional wounds of troubled spirits.
In the upcoming season premiere, Tao Yao and her companions arrive in the bustling capital city of Kyoshi in search of the legendary lost Fairies' Album. True to form, trouble finds them immediately when Tao Yao wins a substantial sum at a local gambling den, only to have her earnings promptly stolen by an agile pickpocket.
The Japanese dub cast features returning star-studded talent, with Ayana Taketatsu voicing Tao Yao, Ayumu Murase as Moya, and Kengo Kawanishi as Liu Gongzi. Joining them are Hiroshi Kamiya, Daisuke Ono, and Kazuhiko Inoue. The series will broadcast in Japan through Fuji TV's specialized "B8station" programming block.
