Searching for Raw Musical Talent
Supported by indie music promotion platform Eggs, the talent search aims to fill four key positions: vocal (with guitar or bass responsibilities), guitar, bass, and drums. Successful candidates will undergo intensive professional musical training before taking on character roles in the upcoming original IP, blending authentic instrumental skill with character voice work.
The recruitment drive targets women residing in Japan born between April 1, 2001, and April 1, 2011 (who will be between 16 and 25 years old by Spring 2027). The selection process spans multiple rounds, beginning with document and performance video screenings through October 2026, followed by online interviews, in-person performances in Tokyo, and a final training camp screening in early 2027. The selected band is scheduled to launch official activities in Spring 2027 under a designated Bandai Namco music label.
