The official production team behind the upcoming Japan and France co-produced original television anime Aoki Denshou Welsh & Shedar has officially pulled back the curtain on its premiere details, revealing a robust main promotional video, fresh cast additions, and the musical artists steering the series' opening and ending themes. Scheduled to broadcast starting October 2 at 9:25 p.m. on Tokyo MX, the cross-cultural project continues to build substantial anticipation.
To helm this ambitious cross-border production, the studios Ankama and Studio Dream Catcher have enlisted director Naoki Horiuchi. The intricate narrative is shaped by Tot handling script and series composition concepts, while Kenichi Yamashita manages the Japanese version's series composition. Visual identity is anchored by character designer Saori Nakashiki, with musical scores crafted jointly by composers Pierre-Jean Beaudoin and Jose Pavli.
Cast Additions & Musical Lineup
The newly unveiled voice cast expands the series' ensemble with notable talent:
- Zabel voiced by Yuuko Kaida
- Joris voiced by Makoto Furukawa
- Bechamel voiced by Risa Kageyama
On the musical front, legendary Japanese musical artist Hironobu Kageyama and acclaimed singer Masami Okui are joining forces to perform the opening theme song titled "Bokura no Mirai e," which receives its first public preview in the newly released promotional trailer. Additionally, Hironobu Kageyama is performing the ending theme titled "Omelet."
