The upcoming Witch and the Mercenary anime adaptation has released its first official trailer alongside two character teaser visuals, confirming an April 2027 broadcast window. Studio 8bit handles animation production for the dark fantasy series, bringing the unique dynamic between the powerful witch and her hired protector to the screen.
Alongside the trailer drop, production revealed three additional voice cast members joining the project. Yuri Noguchi voices Isana Geihorn, Hiromu Mineta portrays Alan Close, and Haruka Shiraishi steps in as Elsia Amet. They join previously announced lead actors Taito Ban as the veteran mercenary Zig Crane and Saori Hayami as the solitary witch Siasha.
