Sparks of Tomorrow anime has released a new trailer ahead of the start of its next arc, which will kick off with Episode 7 on August 16. Yoshihisa Kawahara is joining the cast as Stewart Smith, a key figure for the upcoming episodes. Episode 7 is titled “Elopement,” following Kihachi and Inako as they travel to Shiga in search of the missing latter half of the 20th Century Electricity Catalog.
The anime is produced by Kyoto Animation and streamed exclusively on Netflix. It is directed by Minoru Ota, with series composition by Tatsuhiko Urahata. The voice cast stars Yuma Uchida as Kihachi Sakamoto and Sora Amamiya as Inako Momokawa.
Additionally, four new cast members were announced: Hiroshi Yanaka as Jinemon Momokawa, Mayumi Asano as Naeko Momokawa, Daichi Endo as Bunshichi Yagura, and Ayahi Takagaki as Tome / Inari.
