Square Enix has officially announced that Mochimaru Sakaki's fantasy adventure light novel series Sekai Saikyou no Majo, Hajimemashita: Watashi dake "Kouryaku Site" wo Mireru Sekai de Jiyuu ni Ikimasu (The World's Strongest Witch: I'm Starting My Free Life in a World Where Only I Can See the Online Strategy Guide) will conclude with its upcoming sixth volume. The final installment is scheduled to hit shelves on October 7.
Sakaki originally launched the web novel simultaneously on the Shousetsuka ni Narou and Kakuyomu platforms in May 2022. Square Enix picked up the series for physical publication under its SQEX Novel imprint in December 2022, pairing the narrative with distinct illustrations by riritto. Internationally, Yen Press licensed the English edition, releasing the inaugural volume in August 2025.
Anime Adaptation and Manga Run
Alongside the light novel's conclusion, the broader franchise continues to expand through multiple mediums. Tamaki Toga's ongoing manga adaptation has been serialized in Getsumaga Kichi magazine since May 2023, with Kodansha publishing its 13th volume in August 2025.
Meanwhile, the multimedia rollout reaches a massive milestone as the television anime adaptation produced by Bridge and Aisle prepares to premiere on October 7, perfectly aligning with the release of the light novel's final volume.
