The unconventional blend of middle-management corporate burnout, parallel-world mercantilism, and modern-day espionage returns as SILVER LINK. produces Sasaki and Peeps (Sasaki to P-chan) Season 2. Directed by Yushi Ibe with series composition by Deko Akao, the second season builds upon Buncololi's popular light novel series, originally illustrated by Kantoku and published under KADOKAWA's MF Bunko J imprint.
Picking up from the first season's collision of genres, the sequel escalates the stakes across both realms. While Sasaki continues his tenure with the Cabinet Office's Paranormal Phenomenon Measurement Department in modern Tokyo and manages his merchant nobility duties under Count Mueller in the fantasy world, a brand new supernatural crisis enters the fray: a deadly proxy war waged between the emissaries of angels and demons.
Expanding Conflict
The central drama shifts heavily toward Sasaki's troubled neighbor, who finds herself rescued from home abuse by the demon Abaddon. Bound into an involuntary contract, she becomes Abaddon's apostle, thrust into a lethal survival battle opposing celestial envoys. This escalation forces Sasaki and his avian mentor Peeps—an ancient otherworldly star sage housed inside a pet shop finch—to navigate escalating cross-dimensional interference.

The core voice ensemble reprises their hallmark dynamic, led by Tomokazu Sugita as the weary bureaucrat Sasaki and Aoi Yuki as the gluttonous, aristocratic avian Peeps. Akari Kito returns to voice the pivotal role of the Neighbor, with several major figures joining the cast for Season 2:
- Mutsumi Tamura as Abaddon
- Tasuku Hatanaka as Himegamikun

The production features character designs adapted by Saori Nakashiki alongside a musical score composed by Koji Fujimoto and Osamu Sasaki. Dance-pop vocal unit MADKID provides the opening theme song “Unbroken,” while the idol group Nonfiction contributes the ending theme “Sukipi no Okage!”
