Director Toshihiko Kawaguchi and series composition writer Takamitsu Kono return to helm the production, maintaining the intellectual combat and strategic magic mechanics that defined the first season.
The opening theme song features the explosive rock track "Sorrow" by FLOW, while krage delivers the emotional ending theme "Everlasting." With Desir facing off against formidable new foes and the looming threat of the Shadow World, the stakes have never been higher for the Hebrion Academy party.
