Studio MAPPA is officially gearing up for the return of Rumiko Takahashi's beloved martial arts romantic comedy, with Ranma 1/2 Season 3 confirming an October 3, 2026 premiere date. The production has dropped its third major promotional video, offering fans a first listen to the upcoming opening and ending themes while showcasing the returning animation quality that fans have come to expect from the studio.
Alongside the trailer, the production revealed that Fumino will perform the opening theme song titled \u201cSunao Miman,\u201d while Yuika is attached to perform the ending theme \u201cKawaikunai.\u201d Director Konosuke Uda returns to helm the project at Studio MAPPA, working alongside series composition writer Kimiko Ueno and character designer Hiromi Taniguchi. Netflix has also secured exclusive streaming rights, ensuring worldwide availability immediately following the Japanese television broadcast.

The latest key visual highlights the iconic chaotic energy of the cast, reaffirming the series' distinct visual identity under MAPPA's continuing adaptation.
