Developer Amata Games has officially announced that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies is making the leap to virtual reality. Titled Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies VR, the officially licensed title from CAPCOM is scheduled to launch next year for Meta Quest headsets and the newly unveiled Meta VR Glasses.
To ensure global courtroom proceedings run smoothly, the VR adaptation will support multiple languages at launch, including English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
Stepping Into the Courtroom
Originally released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2013, Dual Destinies marked Phoenix Wright's triumphant return to the courtroom after an eight-year absence. The narrative thrusts players into a shattered legal landscape defined by the "Dark Age of the Law," where corruption and victory overshadow the pursuit of truth.
