During the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026 stream, Atlus pulled back the curtain on Persona 4 Revival, sharing a fresh English dub trailer that spotlights the brilliant detective Naoto Shirogane. The preview confirmed that voice actor Amber Lee Connors will step into the role for the upcoming modern reimagining of the beloved 2008 role-playing classic, alongside a corresponding Japanese trailer featuring Romi Park.
The highly anticipated remake will launch across multiple platforms, arriving on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC with Xbox Game Pass, and PC via Steam on February 18. Additionally, a Nintendo Switch 2 version is scheduled to follow on May 20. Bringing an entirely fresh vocal ensemble to the roster, the production also benefits from the artistic pedigree of renowned animation studio MAPPA, which is crafting all the animated cutscenes.
Franchise Legacy and Remake Pedigree
The original Persona 4 debuted on the PlayStation 2 in 2008, eventually expanding its cultural footprint through the definitive PlayStation Vita release Persona 4 Golden and numerous spin-offs like Persona 4 Arena Ultimax and Persona 4: Dancing All Night. This new ground-up project follows in the footsteps of Persona 3 Reload, continuing Atlus's initiative to bring their landmark modern titles to contemporary hardware standards.
