The invasion of Earth resumes on October 3, 2026. Studio Bandai Namco Pictures has released the first promotional video and key visual for Keroro Gunsou☆, a brand-new television anime adaptation based on the long-running sci-fi comedy manga by Mine Yoshizaki. Slated to air across six TV Tokyo affiliate networks, the project marks a significant generational turnover for the iconic alien platoon with a complete recast of its five central leads.
New Recruits Behind the Microphones
Stepping into roles previously immortalized over decades of television broadcasting, the new voice cast for the Keronian squad includes:
- Sergeant Keroro: Makoto Koichi
- Private Second Class Tamama: Rika Nagae
- Corporal Giroro: Toshiki Masuda
- Sergeant Major Kururu: Kousuke Echigoya
- Lance Corporal Dororo: Satoshi Inomata
I know many listeners will feel hesitation and longing when facing a cast change; I share those very same feelings. Stepping into this role, I carry immense respect for everything built before, and I intend to pour everything I have into giving Keroro life for both longtime followers and newcomers alike.
