The upcoming financial thriller comedy anime FX Senshi Kurumi-chan has officially locked in its broadcast debut. Based on the manga by Demyanyan and Tansan Daisuki published in KADOKAWA's Monthly Comic Flapper, the series charts the perilous, adrenaline-fueled world of foreign exchange trading through the eyes of a driven college student. Animation studio Passione handles production under the direction of Yuki Ogawa, bringing a sharp, frantic energy to the chaotic highs and crushing lows of market speculation.
The story follows Kurumi Fuka, a university student who enters the high-stakes arena of foreign exchange trading to recover the 20,000,000 yen her late mother lost to the market. Driven by fierce determination, she quickly discovers that a single night can turn heaven into hell. Joined by eccentric fellow traders like Mochiko Kogeko, Mebuki Yamashi, and Yasuko Takane—voiced respectively by Asami Seto, Ayasa Ito, and Miho Okasaki, with Aina Suzuki starring as Kurumi—the financial battlefield heats up exponentially.
