Crunchyroll has officially scheduled the localized streaming releases for two major installments in the Toei Animation franchise. The English dub for the One Piece Elbaph arc will launch on October 20 at 12:00 p.m. EDT across North America, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. Just a week prior, on October 13, the platform will debut the English, Spanish, and Portuguese dubs for One Piece Heroines, the anime adaptation based on the light novel series by Jun Esaka and illustrator Sayaka Suwa.
Giant Realm Expansion
The Elbaph arc originally made its Japanese broadcast premiere on April 5, following a deliberate three-month production hiatus that ran from January through March. That pause marked the first phase of a structural production shift announced by Toei Animation and producer Ryūta Koike, limiting the long-running series to a maximum of 26 episodes per year. The current arc features opening theme "Luminous" by Aina The End and ending track "Sono Mirai" by rock band 36km/h.
Spotlight on Heroines
Concurrently, the side story One Piece Heroines began its Japanese television broadcast on July 5 on Fuji TV, opening with an episode focused on Nami. By scheduling dubs for both the main storyline and spin-off content back-to-back in October, the streaming service aims to keep international audiences synchronized with the franchise's revised broadcast calendar.
