GungHo Online Entertainment's mobile puzzle RPG Puzzle & Dragons has launched its first official collaboration with the hit anime series The Apothecary Diaries (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto). Running from October 26 through November 4, 2026, the event brings iconic characters and themed content into the long-running puzzle title.
Special Super God Fest & Character Lineup
The collaboration integrates The Apothecary Diaries roster into the game's Super God Fest banner. Featured characters include Maomao, Jinshi, and Lahan, along with special paired character units such as Maomao & Jinshi and Maomao & Shisui.
Alongside the character summons, players can purchase limited-time Magic Stone bundles. Select bundles grant guaranteed character unlocks, custom in-game background music tracks, collectible dress-up drops, and exclusive chibi character avatars for user profiles.
Themed Dungeons & Franchise Growth
Event dungeons available during the campaign include the "Mystery Solving Meeting" and the "Apothecary Diaries Colosseum." Completing the special challenge stage rewards players with the exclusive in-game title "Apothecary."
This gaming collaboration lands as Natsu Hyuuga's original light novel series clears 57 million copies in worldwide print. The animated adaptation, produced by TOHO Animation STUDIO and OLM, is set to return for a split two-cour Season 3 starting October 2, 2026, ahead of its first feature film The Apothecary Diaries Movie: Secret Treasure of the Deceased Consort on December 11, 2026.
