Viz Media has officially confirmed that Masashi Kishimoto's legendary Naruto franchise is expanding once again with an upcoming television anime limited series. The announcement comes ahead of a highly anticipated special panel scheduled for New York Comic Con, where major creative and production details are set to be unveiled to the global community.
The dedicated NARUTO: What's Next? panel will take place on October 10, bringing together legendary voice talent Junko Takeuchi (Naruto Uzumaki) and Noriaki Sugiyama (Sasuke Uchiha). They will be joined on stage by Pierrot Films executive producer Yoshihiro Tominaga to discuss the direction of this new animated project and what it means for the sprawling ninja universe.
