Chino Kurumi's beloved slice-of-life comedy series Monozuki Sanpo is officially returning to print. Takeshobo has announced that the latest volume, titled Monozuki Sanpo: Ochishite Nagomi, will launch on September 16, 2026. Serialized on the digital web comic platform Take Comic, the series continues to follow the delightful, retail-heavy adventures of Eiko, an independent remote worker who refuses to compromise on her love for shopping and exquisite dining.
This upcoming collection gathers ten distinct episodes centered around Eiko’s urban excursions, including trips to Kamikochi, local flea markets, and aquarium explorations. Following six previously released volumes published under Bunkasha, Kurumi’s signature observational humor and meticulous framing continue to shine, capturing the tactile appeal of real-world locations and eccentric specialty goods.
