The popular lazy-gourmet manga series Mentsuyu Hitorimeshi by Mizuki Setoguchi is preparing for the release of its milestone 10th volume. Alongside the standard release, a special edition featuring an exclusive bonus booklet titled Mentsuyu Hitori Deka Mori has officially revealed its cover illustrations.

Centered on the protagonist Tsuyu Mendo, an office worker who cuts every possible corner in the kitchen by relying almost exclusively on noodle soup base (mentsuyu) as a universal seasoning, the series has earned a loyal fanbase for its relatable humor and effortlessly simple recipes. The story previously adapted into a live-action TV drama continues its strong run in serialized publication.
