The supernatural comedy series Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun) is officially making the jump to the big screen with its first theatrical anime movie project. The major announcement was unveiled during the DEVIL’S PARTY! 2 special fan event held at the Nippon Engineering College Arena in Tokyo on September 27, accompanied by an official teaser video.
Series lead voice actor Ayumu Murase, who plays the lovable protagonist Iruma Suzuki, expressed his excitement for the upcoming cinematic venture following the reveal:
I think it’s going to develop into something that makes you wonder, ‘What’s going to happen!?’ I’m really looking forward to it myself, and I hope everyone will come out to see it as well. For now, I’ll do my best with the recording, so please look forward to it!

Franchise Background
Based on the popular manga by Osamu Nishi serialized in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Champion, the story follows 14-year-old human Suzuki Iruma, who is sold to a high-ranking demon by his irresponsible parents. Adopted as the doting grandchild of the demon school chair-demon Sullivan, Iruma must navigate daily life at Babyls Demon School while hiding his human identity among chaotic demonic classmates.
