Katekyo Hitman REBORN! anime has officially released the creditless version of its eleventh ending, featuring the song “Smile for…” by Ueto Aya. The song was used in Episodes 127-139, while the new video was released as part of the series’ ongoing 20th anniversary celebration.
This drop follows the recent release of the sixth opening sequence featuring “Sakura Rock” by CHERRYBLOSSOM. These rollouts are part of “REBORN! MUSIC MONTH,” a September-long music project dedicated to celebrating the classic adaptation's milestone anniversary. Throughout the campaign, creditless versions of the series’ iconic past theme song sequences are being published daily on the official YouTube channel.
While these nostalgic sequences were previously restricted to physical home video releases, they are finally making their official digital debut online. The commemorative month also kicked off with a comprehensive 25-song streaming playlist gathering opening themes, ending themes, and memorable insert tracks from the television run.
Originally created by Akira Amano, the Katekyo Hitman Reborn! manga serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from May 2004 to November 2012 across 42 compilation volumes. Studio Artland adapted the mafia comedy into a 203-episode anime series that aired from October 2006 to September 2010. Crunchyroll streams the anime, following the misadventures of Tsunayoshi Sawada and his eccentric tutor Reborn.
