Shueisha has officially pulled back the curtain on Jump Festa 2027, confirming that the massive annual manga and anime celebration will return to Makuhari Messe on December 19 and 20, 2026. As one of the industry's most influential gatherings, the event brings together five flagship magazines: Weekly Shonen Jump, Shonen Jump+, V Jump, Jump SQ., and Saikyo Jump. Following a massive turnout of over 120,000 attendees in previous iterations, organizers have unveiled an expanded slate of programming, dedicated exhibition zones, and an updated ticketing framework.
The centerpiece of the weekend remains its powerhouse stage performances, divided across three distinct streams. The premier Jump Super Stage will host 15 major properties, including juggernauts like ONE PIECE, Chainsaw Man, SPY×FAMILY, Jujutsu Kaisen, and newer sensations such as Kagurabachi and Sakamoto Days. Meanwhile, the Jump Studio track features 10 titles, spotlighting works like Kaiju No. 8, Witch Watch, and Bleach. Rounding out the presentation, the online streaming initiative Jump Station Online will broadcast 9 additional series via the official YouTube Jump Channel, ensuring global audiences can follow the announcements live.
New Amenities and Ticketing Framework
Beyond the stage events and traditional attractions like the Jump Original Art World gallery, Shueisha is introducing the JF Premium Lounge for the 2027 event. This dedicated rest area offers refreshments, charging stations, and complimentary Wi-Fi, accessible exclusively to dedicated digital subscribers and qualifying passholders. Attendance at the convention remains free of charge, though admission is strictly controlled via an advance application system utilizing the Jump NAVI smartphone application.
Ticketing will roll out in distinct phases, beginning with an exclusive subscriber lottery window in October 2026, followed by general admission applications in November. Successful applicants will then gain access to preliminary lotteries for stage seating and exclusive merchandise reservations through the app.
