Production +h. has released the second promotional video and critical broadcast details for Dark Machine: The Animation, officially locking in an October 2026 debut. The broadcast is set to kick off late-night on Fuji TV at 1:45 a.m., with subsequent network airings scheduled on Kansai TV and BS Fuji. The new trailer offers a preview of the opening theme song, "Sonzai Riyuu Kai," performed by legendary rock band BUCK-TICK.
Creative Staff and Expanded Cast
Director Kazumi Terada (assistant director on Extra-Terrestrial Boys and Girls) leads the project at studio Production +h. Scriptwriting collective Team Carbuncle—comprising Takaaki Suzuki, Tatsuhiko Urahata, and Atsuo Ishino—is steering the series composition. Acclaimed animator Kou Yoshinari serves as the primary character designer, while iconic guitarist and composer SUGIZO provides the musical score.
Alongside the technical reveal, four new voice actors have been added to the main cast list:
