CD PROJEKT RED and Studio TRIGGER have unveiled fresh footage for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, highlighting the character Weak Kingsley in a new teaser titled "Cyberpsycho." The upcoming 10-episode anime series is slated for a global streaming debut on October 20, 2026 via Netflix. Returning showrunner, story writer, and producer Bartosz Sztybor leads the creative team alongside director Kai Ikarashi (who directed Episode 6 of the original 2022 series) and character designer Ichigo Kanno, with screenplay composition by Masahiko Otsuka.

Positioned as a raw story centered on redemption and revenge within the neon-drenched metropolis of Night City, the narrative introduces four primary figures who navigate its volatile underworld:
- Weak Kingsley: Once a high-ranking mercenary known as "King," he now operates in the shadow of his former reputation.
