Fans of Nagano's beloved creation are in for an unprecedented marathon. ABEMA has officially announced the launch of a limited-time Chiikawa Official Free Channel, running from September 19 through September 29, to commemorate the 1.5-year anniversary of the smartphone game Chiikawa Pocket.
The special broadcast will stream episodes 1 through 362 of the television anime adaptation non-stop, offering both longtime followers and newcomers a chance to experience the endearing yet subtly harsh daily lives of Chiikawa, Hachiware, Usagi, and their companions. Viewers will also be able to catch up on-demand, as the broadcasted episodes will remain completely free to stream for one week following their initial airing.
Chiikawa Pocket In-Game Rewards
Alongside the massive marathon event, a special serial code campaign linking the anime broadcast to the mobile game Chiikawa Pocket is scheduled. Fans who tune into the ABEMA channel can obtain an exclusive serial code—set to be revealed during the morning broadcast block on September 27—to redeem 5,000 free gems directly within the mobile application.
