Norio Sakurai's celebrated romantic comedy manga Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu (The Dangers in My Heart) has officially reached its emotional conclusion. The final chapter dropped today on Akita Shoten's Champion Cross web manga platform, wrapping up an eight-year journey that began back in 2018.
The series charts the hesitant, tender romance between Kyotaro Ichikawa, an introspective middle school boy obsessed with dark fantasies, and Anna Yamada, the radiant and free-spirited school idol. Over its run, the title amassed over 7 million copies in circulation across 13 collected volumes and claimed top spots in numerous prestigious polls, including consecutive victories in the Web Manga category of the Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Daisho and high rankings in Kono Manga ga Sugoi!

To mark the historic conclusion, the Champion Cross special portal launched a commemorative gallery featuring tribute illustrations from fellow serialization artists, with additional artwork from the Yanchang Web stable arriving on September 22.
